WNC Discretionary Community Funding Grant Application
The following links to documents are in support of grant application made for the Teen Clinic Daventry project by registered charity Service Six;

First Aiders are in attendance at each clinic, they include at least one school nurse and a GP.
DBS certificate and Safeguarding training evidence. Each partner has their individual DBS check through their individual existing working contracts. Copies of these are held by the Teen Clinic and are kept securely (Abbey House Practice system). Three certificate numbers for key partners are as follow;

I - Consultation Evidence. Emails from town council members and youth forum members sent directly to Community Funding Officer plus the following testimonial evidence from users of the clinic;
